2. Orders: Your order becomes binding once it is submitted and accepted by us. You will be notified if your order is cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded.

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds: Our Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those laws. Faulty or misdescribed products are eligible for a remedy including repair, replacement, or refund.
