We recommend sizing down in the cup if you find you are between sizes as they are very generous cups.

For the band size, we suggest getting your usual size as they are very adjustable.

For the underwear, we suggest your usual size or, if you are unsure, size up as they are very adjustable.

Our Perfect Fit Promise

For eligible bras and bustiers, Australian size exchanges are free both ways. We provide a prepaid return label and send your replacement size at no extra cost once your return is received.

If your replacement size is unavailable, or we do not stock a suitable size that fits you, choose a full refund of the amount paid for your eligible returned item or store credit. No handling fee applies to these fit-related refunds.

International customers pay return postage to Australia; we cover postage for the replacement size.

Request your exchange within 30 days of delivery. Voluntary returns must be in original condition, unworn apart from a careful fitting and unwashed, with tags and any supplied hygiene seals intact.

Change-of-Mind Returns

You can request a refund for eligible bras and bustiers within 30 days of delivery. A $20 AUD return handling fee per return request, not per item, will be deducted from your refund. Return postage is at your expense. The fee contributes towards order fulfilment and return processing costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge is non-refundable. To avoid charging you twice for outbound delivery, any delivery amount we keep will be credited towards the $20 return fee. If you paid $20 or more for delivery, no additional return fee will apply.

Items must be unworn apart from a careful fitting, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and any supplied hygiene seals intact. Underwear bottoms, bodysuits, teddies, swimwear and items clearly marked final sale are excluded from voluntary returns.

The fee does not apply to eligible refunds under our Perfect Fit Promise when we cannot provide a suitable size, or to refunds required under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable mandatory consumer laws.
